Order Information
Once your order is processed, you will receive an on-screen confirmation letting you know the order process has begun. We will then pull your order and process it manually using the payment method you have selected. Once we have processed your payment, you will also receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details for your records, along with a UPS tracking number for your convenience. If you have any problems while submitting your order, please contact our retail distribution center at 1-800-827-9323, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on any order made in South Dakota. Sales tax rate is 6%.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders and personal checks from the U.S.
Orders will not be sent until payment has been received and verified. All orders over $200 are subject to address verification and will not be sent if address verification does not match.
All orders paid with checks will be held for two weeks before being sent to verify the check is not fraudulent. Please make checks and money orders payable to: Mount Rushmore. Mail checks and money orders to:

Missing Items
If any of your items are missing or damaged when your package arrives, please contact us as soon as possible and we will send you that item or exchange it for you post haste!
Backorders
While we normally maintain a sufficient level of inventory of items in our retail distribution center there are rare occasions when the distribution center is out of stock. If this occurs, you will be notified via e-mail and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. You may opt to have your entire order shipped all at once and wait for the backordered item(s) to become available; ship just the items that are in stock and wait for the backordered item(s) or cancel your order. You will not be charged shipping for any backordered items. To cancel your backordered items at anytime, please contact us at 1-800-827-9323, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
View Order History
To view past orders, login to your account by clicking the Login/Register link in the upper left-hand corner of the home page. Once you are logged in, click on the View Order History link on the right-hand side of the page under Account Area.
Edit Account Profile and Change Password
To edit your account profile and/or change your password, login to your account by clicking the Login/Register link in the upper left-hand corner of the home page. Once you are logged in, click on either Edit Profile or Change Password on the left-hand side of the page under Account Maintenance.

Due to deficiencies inherent on the World Wide Web, exact shade replication is difficult. Please know that every measure was taken to accurately translate each shade for visitors at our site.
